Dear Sir and Brother/Companion,
Further to our RGL/RGC/RGML Cir. No.1/08 dated 24th March 2008 regarding Half-yearly Meetings of the Region, I am giving below the detailed programme of the Half-yearly Meetings as hereunder :

Saturday 09th August 2008 :
Venue : Shillong Club, (Residential) M. G. Road, Shillong.

17-00 for 17-30 hrs. : Half-yearly Meeting of Regional Grand Lodge of Eastern India.
20-30 hrs. : Fellowship followed by Dinner

Sunday 10th August 2008 :

9-00 for 9-30 hrs. : Half-yearly Convocation of the Regional Grand Chapter of Eastern India.
11-00 hrs. : Coffee Break
11-30 hrs. : Half-yearly Meeting of the Regional Grand Mark Lodge of Eastern India.
13-00 hrs : Fellowship followed by Lunch.
19.00 hrs. : Cultural Programme followed by cocktails and dinner hosted by Shillong Lodge No.61.

The Registration charges for the Meetings are given below :

(Dinner on 9th & Lunch on 10th with spouse)
Patron : Rs. 1,250/-

(Dinner on 9th & Lunch on 10th for self only)

Cheque/Draft should be drawn in favour of “SHILLONG LODGE-a/c HYM 2008” payable at Shillong. Outstation payments are to be sent by Demand Draft only.
Kindly share this information with all the Brethren of your Lodge and ensure that the same is printed on your summons till 08th August 2008.
R. W. the Regional Grand Master desires that all Active and Past Officers of the Regional Grand Lodge of Eastern India shall attend the Half-yearly Meetings. It is also mandatory for all Reigning Worshipful Masters to attend the Half-yearly Meetings of the Region.
A list of Hotels is also given alongwith this circular. Brethren desirous of having their hotels booked are requested to send one days advance together with their choice of hotel.
